I’m qualified and a certified member of the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers, INTODogs, the International Companion Animal Network, Canine Principles and Pet Industry Advocacy International. I’m also a proud member of the UK Dog Behaviour and Training Charter, which means I use NO force or fear while training your dog.
I am qualified with Animal Centred Education to Module 2 level, having also done many certificate courses with them. I am also a student with HeartDog Trainers. Both of these organisations fit with my ethics and morals and look at the WHOLE dog, working with their emotional and physical wellbeing while training. Every dog is different and different methods work with different dogs.
My continuous professional development is important to me, as I want to be teaching humans and dogs with the most up to date, scientific methods. I attend many seminars and other types of courses each year as I’m extremely committed and passionate about what I do.
I have specialist insurance by Protectivity to ensure that I’m covered in
the event anything was to happen to any of your furry friends.
Insurance schedule is available for inspection at any time.
I am canine first aid trained to level 2 by ProPetFirstAid.
I have full PVG Disclosure and this is available for inspection at any time.
While most pet services are not currently regulated, there are strict
rules for home boarding. I have undergone an in-depth inspection by
West Lothian Council and an independent Veterinarian to ensure that I am
a fit person to hold a licence. This is available for inspection at
any time.
Making your pets happy while keeping them safe is my top priority.
